EXAMPLES FROM REAL INVESTORS

Here are a few examples of how a chattel appraisal drastically reduces your taxes. 

Investor #1:  in the 25% tax bracket purchased a 3-bedroom rental in the last year for $176,000.  The home had $21,900 in chattel.  The client saved $1095 on taxes in the first year, with an additional $4380 to be saved over the next five years.

Investor #2: in the 35% tax bracket purchased a 2-bedroom condo last year for $150,000.  The condo had 14,370 in chattel.  The client saved $1005 on taxes in the first year, with an additional $4024 to be saved over the next five years.

Investor #3:
